Before and After
Before:2000 - 2009:
Stress, both physical and mental/emotional,caused my weight to balloon to 145 lbs from an ideal weight of 115 lbs, over the years,especially after I turned 35, despite efforts to diet and exercise.
After 2010 and Herbalife:
I came to know about Herbalife quite indirectly.I was looking for a home-based business opportunity on the internet and fortunately what I found dealt with weight loss/management and the product turned out to be Herbalife. I used the product myself and after one month my weight dropped from 140 to 130 lbs. Even after discontinuing every day use of the product and with healthy meals, my weight dropped another five pounds and I am currently maintaining it at around 125 lbs.
